For baseball caps, they are largely, if not entirely, made from cloth. This makes them weigh slightly heavier as compared to trucker hats, though this means they ensure a tight fit for the wearer. As such, baseball caps, as its name suggests, are suited for baseball players as they prevent any distractions during games, such as the caps slipping off the head. Another characteristic to take note of is the bill. While baseball caps can have a curved bill, you can find those that feature a flat, short or straight bill. Baseball caps also have both a structured and unstructured crown. For unstructured crowns, you can even fold the baseball caps.
